This spell is a part of the Pollen Cloud spell chain. It would be found in the Pollen Cloud rune stone.

With the casting of this spell you plead to the darker nature of the forest to aide you and your allies. The Faerie responds, offering you and each of your allies to choose one of 2 rings. One ring will double their Offensive and Bow Power as well as make all of their attacks crit but they cannot cast magic. The other ring doubles Runic Power and cuts casting time of spells in half but they cannot use attack actions.
