This spell is a part of the Fire Streak spell chain and is found in the Fire Streak rune stone.
With this manipulation you create a pocket of the Sun's radiant heat enveloping the target. At the very end of the casting process, the target is burned by the Sun, doing 3d10 points of damage. The target is also inflicted with both Visual Instability which lasts for 1d4 rounds and Sunburns which lasts for 1 day.
