Here is where you can buy your meal items.  Here you will find your standard drinks, rations, and specialty food items.

Rations are a very important part of every adventurer’s survival kit. Rations ensures that when the adventurer is unable to find a good meal that adventurer will still have the needed nutrients to survive and stay healthy. Therefore it is very important to stock up on rations, because you never know when you are going to need to eat.

You will also find drinks here. You won’t find water, since water is a very common resource, one which may be found from a pump at every house or a well in every town. Water from most streams and rivers is also safe to bottle up and drink. Therefore there is no demand to sell bottled water. However here you will find other drinks, fancy ales and thick mead and the like. Drinks that you may not find elsewhere.

In order to purchase a drink from the general store you will need to provide your own container. They will gladly pump in enough drink from their tapped barrels into your storage container, but they won’t provide a container for you.

While drinks are sold by the use, rations are carefully measured out and sold by the day’s worth. That means that each ration you buy is enough for 1 day. If you wish to buy enough for multiple days you will need to purchase that much. It is as simple as taking the amount the rations or drink cost and multiplying it by the number of days you need. You also need to take note that the amount of space taken up by rations is 1 per day.
