Description	Plains Elves have amazing sight when they focus. They can see a mile away under the right conditions. With this skill, the plains elf can spend Soul to improve both their Perceive or their Hit Targeting.
Level Effects	Level 1: Perceive: 2 Soul = 1 Perceive Hit Targeting: 2 Soul = 1 Hit Targeting Level 2: This ability allows the plains elf to not only be able to see and follow the tracks, but also to be able to see the very scent trail of the target that they are tracking. This scent trails shows up like a line of colored smoke no matter how faint the scent might be.; 5 Soul
