Effects Summary	This spell is a part of the Deconstruction spell chain and rune stone. This spell curses the ground around a selected area. Whoever walks across this ground will be altered. For each step they take or each round they are there within this cursed ground, they will lose 10% of their current Vitality, Soul, and Endurance. Furthermore they will have their offensive and runic energy stats decreased by 10% for each step or round for 1d6 rounds.
