Genetically created Xodians seem to have a connection with their runic element that allows them to cause magic without a rune stone. Unfortunately, they have no control over the magic they cause to happen, only that it is magic of their element. With a successful mental check with a 10 penalty, they can cause a random spell of their element decided by a 1d% roll.

Handicap Cost
Magical Berserk: You must make a will check with a 5 penalty, if failed your runic energy doubles but you are unable to do anything but use this talent or runic spells from your rune stone for the next 1d6 rounds.
