Having this talent makes your character more easily intoxicated or addicted. It does so by increasing the alcohol penalty to Resistance by 10 points, so that it becomes easier and more likely that your character will become intoxicated much quicker. You also have to make a Resist check when using any potion with an effect that is 50 or greater.
