Here you will find the designs to craft armor .

How To Use A Design

The design blueprints tell you the basics of the item you are trying to create. In the design table you will see numbers for each column. Those numbers are multiplied by numbers from the matching column in the materials tables.

Below is how you create your armor along with an example.

  • Step 1: To get your armor's Block, multiply the armor design's Block value against the material's Block value. Be sure to round up to the nearest whole number.
  • Step 2: To get your armor's Physical, multiply the armor design's Physical value against the material's Physical value. Be sure to round up to the nearest whole number.
  • Step 3: To get your armor's Magical, multiply the armor design's Magical value against the material's Magical value. Be sure to round up to the nearest whole number.
  • Step 4: To get your armor's Defense, multiply the armor design's Defense value against the material's Defense value. Be sure to round up to the nearest whole number.
  • Step 5: To get your armor's Spirit, multiply the armor design's Spirit value against the material's Spirit value. Be sure to round up to the nearest whole number.
  • Step 6: To get your armor's Soak, multiply the armor design's Soak value against the material's Soak value. Be sure to round up to the nearest whole number.
  • Step 7: To get the armor's Evade, Add the armor design's Evade to the material's Evade.
  • Step 8: To get the Weight, multiply the weight of the material against the design's "Weight of Material Required" value to know how much material you need and the weight of the finished piece of armor.
  • Step 9: The armor's Space Taken is determined by the armor design only.
  • Step 10: Record any relevant Other Information that would be applicable for the armor.
  • Step 11: To get the Cost, multiply the material's cost by the weight of the material used and adding the design's cost to that total. Stores then multiply that answer by x 1.25 to get the cost that they sell the completed item for. For scale armor, you will need to first multiply the completed armor's weight by x 1.5 before multiplying it to the material's cost.

If a design has a 0 or N/A for a value, it does not provide that value, and the completed item will not have that value.
