Runic Lyre

A lyre with strings made from ylem-infused wire. The strings glow faintly with the player's runic element when played. Requires the Musical Instruments ability to unlock its full potential. Equipped as Relic. Allows for a spell cast of any tier 1 spell that the entertainer knows that is added to the song or dance, without using a magic action.
