This spell is a part of the Pollen Cloud spell chain. It would be found in the Pollen Cloud rune stone.

This spell create a cloud of pollen that triggers an allergic reaction to anyone, friend or foe, caught within. All caught within have their eyes swollen for the duration of time they are within the spell plus 2 additional rounds. When suffering from this they must make Normal Perceive -2 checks to hit their targets. If the caster rolls a 20 on the cast roll, this spell will also cause any caught within to go into a sneezing fit for the duration + 2 rounds, unable to move or do anything but sneeze.

If you are hit you can make a Normal Arcana -2 check to cause the effects of the spell to happen around you, with you unaffected.
