This spell is a part of the Airess spell chain and can be found in the Airess rune stone.
The Tornado isn't the only symbol of storms. The West Wind itself can be the source of storms, and often is, hen you consider the spring storms that fuel new growth once winter's long dead has finally ended. Storms fueling growth is the signature of the wind of change, the West Wind itself. Twins of the Inner Storm is that fuel given voice - a symbol that not all storms are destructive, and often times are what makes one stronger.
The West Wind gathers close around the aeromancer's own hands this time, not a blade's edge, and splits there into two calm sources of wind's power - not unevenly, either, since Zephyr asked properly has never had trouble giving twice at once. Each source seeks out whichever ally the aeromancer sends it toward, themself included if they choose, and settles quietly, waiting. There's no single fixed gift inside either one. Each recipient decides for themselves what shape their own storm should take: to become harder to hurt and harder to wear down - doubled Arcana added to Armor Defense, Armor Spirit, Power, and Vitality alike - or to hit harder than they ever could unaided - a full 1d20 added to Offensive, Bow, and Runic Power.
It doesn't take a tornado to hold a storm. Sometimes it only takes a wind gentle enough to ask what someone actually needs, and generous enough to give it to two people at once.
