This spell is a part of the Dishevel spell chain and can be found in the Dishevel rune stone.
When you cast this spell you create a field of empowering breeze. Anyone in the field, you, ally, or foe, receive bonuses of 1d6 to all Speed traits. Furthermore, everyone in the field is levitating 1 foot off the ground and therefore immune to any terrain penalties or ground based attacks. Once the spell ends or someone leaves the field they are set down gently and the bonuses disappear.Â
