This spell is a part of the Echo Perception spell chain and can be found in the Echo Perception rune stone.
This spell penetrates your target's mind with audio impulse, causing the target a moment of disorientation and confusion. The target must make an Impossible Focus check or the target will not be able to do anything during it's turn and any spells that the target is trying to cast will be interrupted and stopped. For the next 3 rounds the target will suffer from Confusion and have to make Normal Insight checks to determine friend from foe.Â
