Banshee's Curse

This spell is a part of the Tinnitus spell chain and can be found in the Tinnitus rune stone.

This powerful spell calls upon the dark aspect of sound, the Banshee. The Banshee lets loose a spirit warping scream that distorts the target's perception of reality. For the duration of the spell the target will see that their friends and foes have traded spaces and will simply think that is how it has always been. This will cause the target to protect who were once their enemies and attack who were once their allies. Any calls from their true friends will seem to come from where they believe their friends are now. The target can make an Impossible Insight check each round to break from this curse. As this is a curse, simple magic ending spells such as dispel will not cure the target.
