This spell is a part of the Dishevel spell chain and can be found in the Dishevel rune stone.
Aeromancers are known to be as fickle and unpredictable as the weather. One minute they can be a fun loving friend who is laughing in joyful glee as they watch a leaf dance in a breeze they have created. The next minute they can become like a fierce storm full of quick yet dangerous anger. Not only one symbol lies etched within their runic soul. Just as the Four Winds - a quartet of balance seeking deities said to work in harmony - are able to let slip through the narrow spaces something that answers to no name and keeps no temple, so too does the young aeromancer give way to a force not celebrated - wrath and anger.
Pushed from joy to anger faster than the winds themself can change directions, the young aeromancer loses themselves to the darker voice howling from within. For a moment the air behaves erratically as if lost in the turmoil itself, as it batters the one the aeromancer has grown angry with. It pushes from every direction at once, disoriented and disorienting, dealing 3d4 points of damage before scattering as suddenly as it gathered. For that first spinning round the target can do little but brace and swing on instinct - no room left for spellcraft or careful footwork, though they can still strike back or guard themselves well enough. Even once the gust dies down, something of its confusion lingers in the inner ear, an Imbalance that demands a Normal Brace check with every step for the rest of the spell's duration. The aeromancer, for their part, already feels steadier, their temper gone as quickly as a late summer evening storm. Whatever they touched wasn't theirs to keep, and the howling voice within had become quiet, at least for now.
