This spell is a part of the Dishevel spell chain and can be found in the Dishevel rune stone.
Gale Force proved something the aeromancer needed proof of: that the Tornado, capable of leveling everything around them without distinction, could be trusted to spare exactly who it was told to spare. Tornado's Destruction is the aeromancer taking that same trust and finally letting the Tornado be everything it was always capable of being toward everyone else. Not just violent. Thorough.
The tornado spins up around the battlefield the same way it always has, tearing through every enemy caught inside it for 12d10 points of damage each - but this time it does what real tornadoes have always been infamous for doing, the thing every survivor's story seems to mention: it doesn't just hurt what it touches, it takes things. For each enemy caught in it, there's a real chance - one in four - that whatever they were carrying goes with the wind entirely: weapon torn from hand, armor stripped away, whatever pockets and packs held simply gone, scattered wherever a tornado's fury decides debris belongs. Allies stand untouched through all of it, same as always. The aeromancer has long since stopped needing to prove that part.
It's the Tornado at its fullest and most honest - not the aeromancer's temper anymore, and not really destruction for its own sake either. Just the oldest, truest thing a tornado has ever done to anyone caught in its path: leave them with nothing but the ground they're standing on.
