This spell is a part of the Dishevel spell chain and is found in the Dishevel rune stone.

Theft taught the aeromancer that a narrow current of the Tornado's friction could slip into a pocket, lift what it found there, and carry it home before anyone noticed the draft. Having learned that, holding the obtained goods in hand, the aeromancer thinks back to when they were younger. Often times they'd play with their friends, throwing balls and other such things. The young aeromancer would add just a bit of air behind their throw, making it fly further and faster. Once however it did not go where they wanted it to, and this was their first taste of the power they did not yet know - the Tornado - and its unpredictability. The aeromancer stands here now with the obtained goods from Theft, wondering if they can repeat what they did in play - if they could reverse the effects of Theft, but with their melee weapon in play. What the aeromancer came up with is Weapon Rush - the same trick turned outward and given an edge - literally. Instead of reaching for someone else's loose belongings, the aeromancer lets that same current take hold of their own weapon and throws it into the wind entirely.

The weapon leaves the aeromancer's hand and the wind takes it from there - carrying it fast and low toward whoever happens to be standing closest within reach, striking true, and returning it to the aeromancer's waiting palm exactly the way stolen coin once did. There's no aiming involved, not really - the aeromancer picks a direction and a general area, and the Tornado's own restlessness decides the rest (a random target within a 3x3 space around the caster). Because the weapon isn't swung or thrown by hand at all, its damage owes nothing to muscle or aim - the wind carries it on the strength of the aeromancer's Runic Power alone, and it's back in hand again before the aeromancer has had time to miss it.

It's a small reminder, every time it's cast, that even Theft's gentler trick was never fully free of where it came from. The wind that quietly returns a stolen coin is the same wind that, asked a little more of, is perfectly happy to return a blade instead.
