This spell is a part of the Air's Constant Flow spell chain and is found in the Air's Constant Flow rune stone.

West Wind's Protection taught the aeromancer that the air could stand between someone they cared for and whatever meant to hurt them - though never perfectly, never against everything, and the aeromancer has long since made peace with that gap. What the West Wind offers here is the other half of the same care: not standing in harm's way this time, but tending to what's left once harm has already had its say.

Settling over the target like something breathed rather than cast, the air undoes what it can of the damage already done. Whatever lingering affliction has taken hold - poison, fear, weakness, anything short of death itself - simply loses its grip and lets go all at once. From there, the same gentle current keeps working for as long as it lingers: 1d4 Vitality returned every round, closing wounds a little at a time, and 1d6 Soul returned alongside it, easing back whatever the fight itself demanded to draw on. It isn't dramatic, and it isn't instant. It's patient, the way care usually has to be.

The West Wind never seems to mind picking up wherever Protection left off. Some hurts simply need mending more than they ever needed stopping.
