The College of Arcana is one of the most prestigious and influential institutions in all of Nor'Ova. Founded in the capital city of Phercia in the Kingdom of Auphera, the College was established as the foremost center for the study of magic and runic theory on the continent of Chalcepheria and arguably the world. It was within these hallowed halls that scholars first began to theorize that magic is not merely a force to be wielded, but a living, sentient presence woven into the very fabric of Nor'Ova. That belief eventually grew into something far greater than scholarship, giving rise to the Church of Mana, which now stands as the official state religion of Auphera.
