This spell is a part of the Time Distortion spell chain and is found in the Time Distortion rune stone.
With this spell you call up Doom from it’s hiding place. The floor rumbles beneath the feet of the combatants before the magic unleashes a storm of dark temporal energy. The energy rips across the battlefield in all directions from you, doing 1d% damage to everything in sight within the radius of the spell. Increase the Casting Speed by 2 to not affect allies.
