Effect
This spell is a part of the Psy Dagger spell chain and is found in the Psy Dagger rune stone.
With this spell a ring of space distortion energy expands outwards from your feet. The ring then grows and spreads. Any target in the range of the spell must make a normal brace -1 check to see if they are knocked down, which causes the target to receive 2d12 fall damage and require to use a move action to get up.
