This spell is a part of the Fire Streak spell chain and is found in the Fire Streak rune stone.
With this manipulation, you create an aura of fire magic around your hand. You then focus the heat energy into a smaller, concentrated form. The heated energy is sent to the target. The magic creates burns on the skin of the target that deal 1d6 Vitality damage per round
