This spell is a part of the Aqua Seed spell chain and is found in the Aqua Seed rune stone.
With this manipulation you create three rings of water magic around the target of your choice, then leave them to their own devices. The rings start making sudden movements every which way. The target is thrown around like a rag doll in the magic, as if in a storm out in the ocean. At the end of the second round, the rings shatter. The total damage of 6d10 is done at the end of the second round.
