Effect
This spell is a part of the Fire Streak spell chain and is found in the Fire Streak rune stone.
With this manipulation you create a pocket of fire magic right in front of the enemy target. At the very end of the casting process, the target ignites, doing 5d10 points of damage and making it seem like the target spontaneously caught on fire. The fire lasts only seconds. The target is inflicted with Visual Instability for 1d4 rounds and Sunburns for 1 day.
