With this spell you create an eclipse which darkens the battlefield. All enemy targets must make hard perceive checks to move, attack, or act in anyway. Also all enemy targets must make a hard mental balance check when the spell is cast or they will be filled with fear and unable to act for 1d3 rounds. If the target is inflicted with Nyctophobia the effects of both spells are doubled.
