This talent increases the racial maximum for React by x 1.5, but not higher than 100. This talent also gives your character an Initiative bonus of +1. This is a permanent effect.
Requirements
Your character cannot have a race max for React greater than 90. You cannot have this talent if you have a handicap from another talent that decreases the racial maximum for React.
Handicap Cost
Having this talent adversely affects your character's ability to defend and to cause physical damage. Having this talent requires you to make a react check to use defensive skills, as well as reducing your character's Melee Power and Throw Power by 10%
