This spell is a part of the Haste spell chain and can be found in the Haste rune stone.
With this manipulation you gift your target with a boost of speed by pushing them faster with wind magic and negating all air resistance. With this boost all of the target’s movement rates will be doubled. You can use this on any target including yourself.
