Rune Elves can increase the spell casting time by 1 to add an additional runic power to the spell damage or healing power. 

Rune Elfs see color hues of runic elements. The element someone or something is attached to will show off as an aura to the rune elf, with the color of the aura representing the element as seen on the Runic Elements page.
